THE PROJECT

A closer look

These bathrooms were built from scratch. After years of continuous leaks and moisture, the entire subfloor deteriorated, and the cast iron drain pipes were severely rusted.

We had no choice but to take immediate action. We rebuilt all the floor joists, installed a PVC drain connection, and reconstructed all the waterlines. Once we had a new floor and plumbing in place, we proceeded to rebuild the bathrooms. One bathroom features a tub, toilet vanity, and tiles, while the other has a small shower. The transformation is truly impressive! This effort not only saved the bathrooms but also preserved the overall value of the house.
